Insurance & Payment
As a basispsycholoog (MSc, NIP-registered), I work outside the Dutch basic health insurance system. This means you do not need a referral from your GP, and sessions are self-paying. Some supplementary insurance plans may offer partial reimbursement for sessions with NIP-affiliated psychologists—please check with your insurer for details. You’ll receive a monthly invoice, which you can submit to your insurer if applicable.
Rather than working with formal diagnoses, we’ll begin by clarifying your needs and intentions. The structure and duration of our process will remain flexible, evolving naturally based on what supports you best.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please send me an email at info@bloemtherapieencoaching.nl. You're welcome to make changes up to 48 hours in advance, free of charge. For cancellations made within 48 hours, I charge 50% of the session fee. If you miss the appointment without prior notice, the full session fee will be invoiced.

Privacy & Data Protection
As a psychologist, I handle your personal information confidentially and in line with the AVG (GDPR) and NIP guidelines. Your data is securely stored and never shared without your explicit consent, unless required by law. You have the right to view, correct, or delete your data at any time.
Complaints Procedure
At Bloem Therapie & Coaching, I strive to offer care that is respectful, attentive, and professionally grounded.
